This option is best for companies that have a pipeline of recruitment work. Invest in the recruitment of your pipeline and save. Subscribing allows you to work with a dedicated recruiter who can build long term talent pipelines specific to your needs and act as an ambassador for your brand. Subscriptions are customisable depending on your pipeline.

Providing a full talent search for your role when you require it. This option is best for companies who would like to access a full executive-style search service. While we take this approach for all types of roles, it works especially well for hard-to-find, leadership and executive roles.

Recruitment Consulting
Access to professional recruiting advice and a long list of candidates to be made available for your consideration. This is a good alternative to the full On Demand recruitment service, allowing you to take control the recruitment process once a long list of candidates has been provided. Recruitment Consulting can be charged to you as a flat fee or in hourly increments, depending on what you need.

Kristine has spent 20 years in a variety of recruiting roles; as a leader, a human resources professional and as a recruiter, the culmination of this experience is an ability to truly understand team dynamics, businesses and the people they need.
Kristine established Novo Talent because she believes that recruitment can be done better. By creating a true partnership with clients and candidates, Kristine has provided countless successful placements. She is thrilled to launch Novo Talent as a recruitment service that can offer a range of solutions catering to the individual needs of each company.
Kristine’s experience spans across utilities, consulting and entertainment industries, as well as holding a Masters of Human Resource Management.
